Agreed rates
- Rates are confidential to our MCR Hub occupiers and Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre.
- Rates are applicable for individual bookings only (1-9 bedrooms a night). Group rates are available on request.
- All rates are subject to availability & black-out dates apply (March 15th, March 26th, April 2nd, June 1st,9th,10th,11th,12th,14th,22nd and August 27th).
- Rates are quoted in local currency.
- All rates are inclusive of V.A.T currently at the rate of 20% but subject to change, rates will be amended in line with V.A.T changes.
- Rates are exclusive of the £1 per night City Charge from April 1st
Payment terms
- Payment is due on departure for all bookings unless prior credit facilities have been greed with the hotel. If any amount is in dispute only that sum may be withheld until a satisfactory solution between the parties has been reached.
Cancellations
- Individual cancellations must be made by e-mail, letter, telephone or facsimile prior to 1400 hrs on the day of arrival in order to avoid any cancellation charges.
No-Shows
- Non-arrival of guests will incur first night stay charge.

Please note as of April 1st a new visitor charge is introduced to the city of Manchester. This City visitor charge is applicable to paid accommodation in hotels and apartments. The city visitor charge is £1.20 including VAT per room per night payable in addition to the above rates.
