

A two part yoga session for Yin & Yang
Yin Yang Yoga is back for 2025!
The sessions will continue to comprise of 2 x 30 minute sessions each focusing on a different function and benefit.
Yin - A slow paced yoga class with breathwork targeting the connective tissues of the body. To leave you feeling relaxed and grounded. Perfect for overcoming a stressful morning or if you just feel like you need a calm moment.
Yang - An energising yoga flow and let it go class. Expect rinse out of body, mind and soul to help you stretch out tired and tight muscles from sitting at your desk.
Spaces are limited and will be booked on a first come first serve basis. To book your space please email reception@11YS.co.uk and state which sessions you wish to book on to.
*Mats will not be provided and so you will need to bring your own yoga mat for these sessions.

During colder months and days of poor weather sessions will be held in the Lounge of 11 York Street, during Summer months we will host on the rooftop terrace.
