The All Equals Charter is Manchester Pride’s LGBTQ+ inclusion programme for businesses and organisations of all kinds. The Charter aims to make both workplaces and communities inclusive for everyone, including those who experience multiple marginalizations.

Delivered by Manchester Pride’s expert team, Charter members have access to specialist knowledge to develop and adapt everything from policies and procedures to workplace culture, to education offered to their workforce.
